Guard shot at

A security guard at the Wave City construction site was shot and seriously injured as he confronted robbers on Monday. Police said about half a dozen men came to the site being developed on the NH-24 in the early hours and started to put iron bars stacked there on to a truck, but the guard, Jai Bhagwan Sharma, tried to resist and shouted for help.  Getting angered over his alarm, the robbers opened fire at him, hitting him in the shoulder.
