Got lot of work because of Humsafar, says Fawad

He undoubtedly enjoys a huge fan following in his homeland. In India, thanks to channel Zindagi, which airs Pakistani TV shows here, he has also built a strong fan base here.
‘Humsafar is the reason why I got a lot of work. People liked it and I hope here also the audience will like the show,’ the 32-year-old said here Tuesday on the sets of reality show India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj.
The small screen experience gave him recognition. However, Fawad wants to now focus on his film career. Khoobsurat, also starring Sonam Kapoor, will hit the theatres on 19 September.
