Gopal Rai inaugurates Jobs Summit

In a bid to boost employment in Delhi and help youth in getting jobs, labour and environment minister Gopal Rai on Monday inaugurated ‘Jobs Summit’.

This event offers the job of security guards, attendants, helpers, housekeeping, tele-callers, financial planning advisors, drivers, peons and data entry operators.

Special arrangement has been made for differently-abled people in the job fair.

The Job submit which commenced from Monday will continue till December 9 and concluding session will be held at Thyagraj Stadium.

Rai said the aim of job summit is to provide the employment for people of capital. For achieving this target the Employment Department has started counselling session with interested unemployed Youth and will facilitate them job letters after verifying their documents and qualifications certificates at the following 4 Centres of the department.

The Centres are at District Employment Exchange offices at Sector 4, RK Puram, Institutional Area, Viswas Nagar, Shahdara, Kirby Place, Delhi Cantonment and IARI Complex, Pusa.

The participating companies in the Job Summit are LIC, PNB Met Life, Madhur Fashion and Life Style, Sodex Facility Management, Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd, A V Service Pvt Ltd, Navet IT Service, Slice of Italy, R K Jain Associate Pvt. Ltd, Eureka Forbes Ltd, Tata Telecom, Seva Consultancy.
