GNIDA forms a committee to probe allegations

As complaints piled up against real estate developers in Greater Noida for failing to provide home to buyers, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has formed a committee to investigate into the allegations.

“The six member committee will examine the truth behind these complaints and take actions against the builders if they are found violating rules,” said Deepak Aggarwal, Chief Executive Officer of GNIDA. Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of the GNIDA, P C Gupta is the chairman of the committee, GM Planning, GM Finance, GM Project, OSD Property and senior manager of law are the other members of the committee.

“All the members of the committee will visit the project sites and will examine the project. On 10th and 15th of every month the committee will also conduct meetings with the representatives of builders,” he added.
