Four-month pregnant woman, brother-in-law commit suicide

A four-month pregnant woman, along with her brother-in-law, jumped before a train to commit suicide on Saturday night in Greater Noida. According to police, they had an illicit relationship and decided to end their lives after her husband came to know about the relationship. Their bodies were discovered by villagers in a nearby forest on Monday morning near village Ghori -Bachhera. The deceased were identified as Meenu, 25 and her brother-in-law Gajendera, 28. Meenu got married to Sanjay around nine months ago but developed relations which his younger brother Gajendera. No suicide note was recovered from their possession. ‘We never expected them to take the extreme step,’ said Satpal, Sanjay’s uncle.
