Foreign exchange racket busted

With the arrest of a 40-year-old South African man, the police claimed to have busted a foreign exchange racket in Delhi, which duped people on the pretext of donations, a modus operandi unique in itself, told the police on Monday. The accused was identified as Emmanuel Henry, a resident of Cape Town. Henry was held on June 19 from a Paharganj hotel. He was held after a victim Marella Venkataraman, informed the cops about his presence in the hotel.
