Fog greets Delhi yet again

It was a cool Monday morning with fog enveloping the city as the minimum temperature settled a notch above average at 15.2 degrees Celsius. The met office has forecast fog cover till forenoon. ‘A fog cover will envelop the capital on Monday till forenoon, but as the day progresses the skies would become clear and by late evening it will be cool with mist cover,’ an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said. According to the Met office, the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 27 degrees Celsius. Humidity at 8.30 am was 94 per cent. Sunday’s maximum temperature was four notches below average at 26.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature settled a notch above average at 15.6 degrees Celsius.
