Five arrested for selling fake mobile phones

Five persons have been arrested for allegedly selling duplicate mobile phones and accessories of a reputed telephone firm in the national capital, police said on Wednesday.
The five – Bharat Bhushan, Sachin Kamra, Bhajan Singh, Sanjay Kumar and Raghubir Singh – were arrested recently after police launched a probe into a specific input that fake mobile phones of a multi-national firm are in circulation in the market.
As part of the probe, police conducted a raid at a mobile shop in Karol Bagh owned by Bhajan Singh and seized 161 duplicate Samsung mobile phones and other accesories.
Police also raided another shop of Bharat Bhushan and recovered 130 duplicate Samsung mobile phones and 152 duplicate.
