FIR against Uber, Yadav for cheating

Soon after registering an FIR against Uber for allegedly cheating customers, Delhi Police on Tuesday also registered a separate FIR against the accused cab driver for forgery. The FIR against Shiv Kumar Yadav (32) was registered at the Burari police station in north Delhi, which covers under its jurisdiction the office of Delhi’s transport department. Yadav had used a forged police-issued character certificate to avail an ‘all India tourist permit’ from the transport department’s office.
