Sohini Roychowdhury gears up for Europe tour
Sohini’s 2019 Summer Tour of Europe will include solo performances and lecture demonstrations at leading Universities, schools and other venues for UNESCO
Multi-award winning Indian dancer, choreographer, producer, and founder of Sohinimoksha World Dance and Communications, Sohini Roychowdhury kicked off her Summer 2019 calendar in India with a Sohinimoksha World Dance performance at the International Advertising Association World Congress in Kochi (Kerala). This was the first time that a global symposium was held in India. The event was graced by media and corporate luminaries from all across the world, including Andre Agassi, Amitabh Bachchan, Shashi Tharoor, Nandan Nilekani, and others.
This was followed by another Sohinimoksha World Dance performance at the closing ceremony of International Conference of The World Trade Center, Mumbai.
Thereafter, Sohini was the keynote speaker at The Women Leadership Forum of Asia - 'The Glass Ceiling Breakers Conference-Gender and Inclusivity 2020' in Mumbai.
Sohini will next be coming to New Delhi, on April 12, to receive another prestigious award 'Exceptional Women of Excellence', at the 25th Global edition gala of the International Women Economic Forum. Sohini is also one of the keynote speakers for the session on 'Music and its Impact', to be held at this event.
Post this event, Sohini will return to Europe for an extended solo performance and lecture-demonstrations tour of Germany, Austria, Italy, and France, which will include the opening performance for the Embassy of India, Germany, at the annual Asia Pacific Week.
Sohini's 2019 Summer Tour of Europe will include solo performances and lecture demonstrations at leading Universities, schools and other venues for UNESCO – Austria. Besides this, a solo performance at the Asia Pacific Week Berlin, Germany, solo performances, workshops and storytelling from the Puranas and Vedas in multiple cities of Germany and performances and workshops in multiple cities of Belgium, Italy, and France will be held.
