Khutipujo 2019

Gariahat Hindustan Club Sarbajanin Durgapuja Committee orgainsed 'Khutipujo 2019' on July 4. The event which was held at Hindustan Road, witnessed the presence of eminent personalities like Chandrima Bhattacharya, Chairperson and organiser of the puja along with Sarbari Dutto, Designer; Debadish Kumar, MMIC; Sovandeb Chottopadyay, Power Minister; Debendu Barua; and Somboron Banerjee among others. Also, the logo – which was designed by Tandrima Banerjee – was launched at the event.

For past five years, 'Khutipujo' has been entirely organised by women. The committee of Gariahat Hindustan Club is not only confided to organising pujas, but also for uplifting social and cultural values of the society which includes women empowerment and child rights round the year.
