Known for its modern Indian cuisine inspired by India’s iconic brass cookware, Kaansa brings its distinctive flavours, authenticity and artistic presentations to Café On 3 at Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida from March 6 to March 9, 12:30 pm - 11 pm.

The pop-up is helmed by Sous Chef Ravinder Singh, who brings Kaansa’s signature philosophy to life, honouring traditional Indian recipes while elevating them through modern culinary artistry. This limited-time culinary showcase features specially curated set menus that offer a refined journey through India’s rich culinary heritage, reimagined with contemporary finesse, featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. Guests can savour signature creations, including Dal Kaansa, Gulab Jamun Ki Sabzi, Kaala Mutton Curry, Badami Murgh Shorba, Misthi Doi Brulee and other distinctive specialities curated exclusively for this showcase.
