It is blooming pizzas this winter

Starting off with some lip-smacking Khow Suey, a traditional Burmese soup, you can taste the power-packed spices as you slurp the coconut-rich soup with vegetables, noodles, peanuts and fried garlic. Blooms signature salad, very similar to Caesar salad, has fresh lettuce and herbs mixed with caper berries, garlic croutons, Grana Padano shavings in caper garlic dressing. The perfect crunch of the fresh leaves, with brined capers, grilled chicken and cheese shavings feels like a little piece of heaven. If you are in the mood for some fish and chips with the ever loving tartar sauce, do not forget to try theirs. The plate comes with a huge serving, enough for two.
With the already elaborate a-la-carte menu, offering an array of salads, soups, appetisers, mains form different cuisines and a massive layout of desserts, Blooms has an equally appealing pizza spread for both vegans and meat lovers.

The Quarto Formaggio (four cheese) pizza is a burst of flavours loaded with four variants of the finest imported cheese: fontina, provolone, parmesan and mozzarella. Foodies that are lactose intolerant might want to stay away from this precious baked pie. The Blooms Signature pizza boasts of sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and goat cheese – bliss for vegetarians!
Prosciutto Di Funghi and Smoked chicken pizzas could be wonderful choices for those who prefer meat on their pizzas. The perfectly cooked Prosciutto and mushroom blended with cheese will melt your heart, while the firm chunky smoked chicken, with jalapeno and corn, will provide you with the much-needed crunch and satiate your tummy. If you are already eating from the buffet, but want to try the pizzas, they can be added to your bill for a meagre amount.
Heading off to sweet endings, the buffet has a variety of hot and cold desserts, starting from pastries, brownies, mud cake, gulab jamun, passion fruit and chocolate mousse, and many more. the chocolate mousse topped with passion fruit jelly is a phenomenal treat for your taste buds. But if you are watching your weight, it is advisable to keep off the alluring dessert spread! In case you are a fan of ice cream, you must try some form the a-la-carte. Though, the star of desserts has to be the coffee ice cream topped with some chocolate chips, almond shavings, and walnuts.
