As part of India’s 76th Independence Day celebration, food lovers can come to Glasshouse restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square to discover the culinary tales of regimental cuisine that pay homage to our armed forces and celebrate India’s diverse culinary heritage.

Boasting an array of delectables from 28 different states of the country, the ‘Braveheart Brunch’ is a culinary soiree that casts a spell, each with a storied history and a distinctive essence. The menu, which features iconic delicacies such as ‘Ladhaki Chicken Thupka’ from Ladakh and Assam regiments, ‘Litti Chokha’ from the Bihar regiment, ‘Mutton Roganjosh’ from JAK LI, JAK RIF and DOGRA regiments, Butter Chicken from the Sikh, Punjab and Sikhli regiments, ‘Rajasthani Gattha Pulao’ from the Raj RIF, Rajput and JAT regiments, ‘Puran Poli’ from the Maratha regiment and Kanyakumari Fish Curry from the Madras regiment, are inspired by an archive of regimental recipes from the Army Supply Ore Centre and College in Bangalore.

The brunch offers an exclusive 50 percent discount for serving and retired veterans of the Army, Navy and Air Force as a token of gratitude for their unwavering commitment and service.
