In the Facebook post, posted around 4.20 pm on June 28 the youth claimed that he encountered two traffic officials near the Zakhira Bridge, when he was travelling in a car from Old Delhi’s Chawri Bazar to North-west Delhi’s Rampura area. One of the cops, whom he identified as Moin Ali, allegedly flagged him <g data-gr-id="22">andsaid</g> that he could be penalised of Rs 1,500 for over-speeding.
