‘Entire city will get water by next dec’

Barring 30-40 localities, piped water supply will be available to the whole of Delhi by next December, Arvind Kejriwal said on Thursday. “By next December, barring 30-40 localities, there will be water supply in all homes,” he said. Kejriwal added that despite giving limited free water and water subsidy, the DJB’s revenue had gone up Rs176 crore since he took office in February last year.
