Sofia called 'classless' by former fiance

Actor Sofia Vergara's former fiance Nicholas Loeb has called her "classless" for speaking Spanish in his presence.

Vergara, who hails from Colombia, is currently facing a court battle with Loeb over the pair's frozen embryos and in a new letter submitted to the court, Leob slammed the actor for speaking in her native language, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

In the letter, Loeb wrote, "I like spending time with you out at night much more than any of my friends. What I do not like and what I will not put up with anymore is the Spanish, and no I do not like hanging out with you when you speak in Spanish, with others at the table or out with us.

He added, "I may as well be alone and for someone who cares so much for what other people think, I am surprised that you think it's okay. Not only is it rude and disrespectful, it is classless. And for you to then berate, embarrass, and humiliate me in front of others when I ask you to stop is not happening anymore." Loeb continues on saying Vergara has her own "things that are not ok with you, like going to a strip club."

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the actor will star in new thriller Bent with Cuban-American Andy Garcia. Bobby Moresco, who won the Oscar for co-writing the screenplay for Crash, will direct the film from a screenplay he wrote himself, based on characters created by Joseph O'Donnell.

The story of Bent focuses on a discredited narcotics detective Danny Gallagher, who, upon his release from jail plans to seek revenge on the accuser who framed him and killed his partner.Vergara will play a ruthless, seductive government agent, who may or may not be on the side of Urban's character.
