"Mad Men" star Christina Hendricks is set to star in NBC's mid-season drama "Good Girl".
Hendricks is replacing Kathleen Rose Perkins in one of the lead roles, reported Entertainment Weekly.
The mid-season drama from Jenna Bans follows three suburban moms (Hendricks, Mae Whitman, and Retta) who, tired of trying to make ends meet, decide it's time to stick up for themselves by robbing the local supermarket at (toy) gunpoint.
But when the manager catches a glimpse of one of them, and the loot is far more than they expected, it does not take long for the three best friends to realise the perfect getaway will be harder than they think.
The pilot will be reshot with Hendricks this fall, and will debut midseason on NBC.
The series also stars Reno Wilson, Manny Montana, Lidya Jewett, Izzy Standard, and Matthew Lillard.
