Enhancing artistic skills in school

With the onset of fall/winter, the time for annual functions and festivals comes where educational institutions go the extra mile to celebrate these functions in a grand manner. 

So recently, the Ardee World School in Sector 52, Gurgaon celebrated its 12th annual day on December 12. The function saw a display of the arts and architecture from around the world.  A child’s understanding of the concepts assimilated over the year, was put forth in a simple yet effective manner using the Montessori pedagogy. 

The event was an accumulation of a milieu of motor skills, mathematical analysis, geographical awareness and historical comprehension. 

Each event unfolded with students showing skills in construction, design, art, science, recitation with confidence. Padma Bhushan awardee Jatin Das conducted a masterclass to apprise parents and faculty members about the nuances of art. 

The Ardee World School takes elementary Montessori education forward to prepare its children for the IGCSE examinations.
