Election anthem soon on Delhi mobile phones

The Election Commission has signed a pact with mobile operators to popularise its anthem Dil mein hain dilli to ensure maximum voting in Delhi on 4 December.
‘More than nine mobile operators have been asked to convert the anthem as caller tunes and ring tones to help mobile users know their voting rights,’ Election Commission official Ankur Garg said on Tuesday.
‘The initiative has been started keeping in mind the number of mobile users in the capital, which is
the highest in India,’ Ankur Garg said.
