A British healthcare worker who contracted the deadly Ebola virus in Sierra Leone is being flown back to the UK on an RAF jet, the government announced on Sunday. The patient, the first person from the country to have contracted the virus that has claimed the lives of over 1,400 people, will be flown to RAF Northolt and will then be transported to an isolation unit at the Royal Free Hospital in north London, the UK Department for Health said.
