Dy commissioner of I-T in CBI net

The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case against a Deputy Commissioner of Income tax, Delhi; a private person and other unknown persons where in it is alleged that the public servant had obtained huge amount of illegal gratification running into several crores from the private person, who was searched in the year 2011 by the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax. CBI conducted searches at the office & residential premises of the public servant at Delhi & Ghaziabad. Further investigation is in progress.
