BJP President Amit Shah on Sunday told party workers that Delhi polls is like an “examination” which cannot be taken lightly and expressed confidence that his party will form government with two-thirds majority in the national capital.
“The way the Modi government has worked for seven months, it is moving ahead by eliminating all the misdeeds done by the UPA government,” he said, adding that the NDA regime was moving in the right direction.
“There is no substitute for BJP in Delhi. BJP has to win and will win. But I am here to tell you how will we win Delhi. This is like an examination for us. Modi’s leadership is accepted all over the country, any one can make us win the election,” Shah said while addressing party workers here,
He, however, made it clear that the February seven elections “cannot be taken lightly”.
