Doctors to approach court

Doctors, under the banner of the Federation Of Resident Doctors Association (FORDA) on Thursday said they will go to court over non-payment of salaries to doctors working in four hospitals run by the MCD. “Despite many promises, doctors were not paid. We have decided to approach court,” said Dr Pankaj Solanki, president, FORDA. Members said 15,000 resident doctors from 35 Central government, Delhi and MCD hospitals will go on strike if demands are not met.
