DMRC changes helpline number

From Sunday onwards, Delhi Metro’s 24X7 helpline number —155370 — will replace the existing helpline number — 30802030 — for not only the Airport Express Line, but for all other lines on the Delhi metro network. 

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation’s (DMRC) new helpline number will also be available for easy access and speedy solutions to public queries and complaints regarding the Airport Express Line too, said the DMRC’s spokesperson.

DMRC’s spokesperson further added that so far the helpline number was operated by Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited.
