DJB unveils online bill payment facility

The Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has on Friday prepped-up its Revenue Management System (RMS) in order to provide cutting-edge bill payment facilities to its consumers. The RMS facility is a one-stop shop for all payment related requirements. Now, the DJB customers can view and pay their water bills at the click of a mouse from the comfort of their homes.
‘The consumers can easily pay their bills by logging into the customer portal link at www.djb.gov.in and can also avail other online services. The consumers can simply log in to the portal and register using their KNO and Mobile/E-mail Id to avail the online convenience,’ said DJB’s spokesperson.
The Board has also ensured customer convenience through a bevy of other online facilities such as ‘Know new KNO,’ form downloads (the forms for new connection, mutation, disconnection & reopening, complaint registration), track application status, grievance registration, consumer profile edits etc.
Also, the consumers can register for the SMS alert facility through which they can receive real-time messages informing them of the status of their applications, and other information relating to bill payments and so on.
The Board is providing these online services 24x7 for the benefit of its customers.
Other than this, the consumers may also call the Revenue Customer Care Helpline Number at 011-23612222 in case of any enquiry pertaining to bills/payments.
