Dharmendra Sharma is new finance secy

In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the Delhi government on Friday appointed Dharmendra Sharma as Principal Secretary for Finance Department. Sharma is an IAS office of 1988 batch in AGMUT cadre and was awaiting posting.
Dharmendra will replace SN Sahai who was looking after the post as additional responsibility.
Meanwhile, V V Abraham of 1998 batch has been appointed as Secretary for Art and Culture while Rakesh Bali, of 2001 is new special secretary in Finance Department.
He will replace S P Singh. N K Sharma of 2002 batch is new Secretary for Language Department while S N Mishra of 2003 batch has been appointed as Director Training in Union Territory Civil Services (UTCS) department.
