Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in Centre’s ‘guest faculty list’

Besides him, the names of Bihar’s ‘super 30’ coaching fame Anand Kumar and social organisation Sulabh’s chief Bindeshwar Pathak also figure in the list prepared by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).

Sisodiya, chief functionary of NGO Kabir; Venkatesh Nayak, coordinator of NGO Commonwealth Human Rights Initiatives (CHRI); Shekhar Singh from National Campaign for RTI and A N Singh, former CIC, are among the guest faculty, who will be giving training on matters related to Right to Information (RTI) Act, as per the DoPT list.

The list of 137 individuals also includes retired and serving bureaucrats like R H Khwaja, former Mines secretary, among others.

“All central training institutes and administrative training institutes are requested to utilise their services as guest faculty for the appropriate training programme as per their requirement,” the DoPT said.

 Social entrepreneurs including Anshu Gupta, founder of Goonj NGO; Bindeshwar Pathak, founder of Sulabh international social service organisation and Anand Kumar, founder of Ramanujan school of mathematics in Patna (popularly known as super 30 coaching centre) are those who conveyed their willingness to be part of training programme, it said.

The DoPT conducts various training programmes on office management, ethics, RTI and other topics for central government employees.
