Delhiites can pay water bills from Mobikwik wallet

Mobile wallet firm MobiKwik on Wednesday announced a tie-up with Delhi Jal Board (DJB) that will enable people in Delhi to pay water bills through their mobiles. “It is our proven credentials as a user-friendly mobile wallet based on a robust technology platform that made Delhi Jal Board choose us as a partner in its digital journey,” MobiKwik Founder CEO Bipin Preet Singh said in a statement. Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal will officially launch the Delhi Jal Board mobile application tomorrow (Thursday) after which this service will be operational, the statement said. With the aim to promote mobile payments, MobiKwik will soon launch an initial cashback offer.
