Woman nabbed for robbery in neighbour's house

NEW DELHI: A woman who hatched a plan, along with her associates, to rob a house in east Delhi's New Ashok Nagar has been arrested, Delhi Police said on Saturday.
The arrested woman, who resides in the same area, was the neigbour of the woman whose housed was robbed.
Delhi Police, after responding to the robbery call on October 22, found that Rs 50,000 in cash and valuables were stolen from the house, and the victim was also struck by a pistol butt by two robbers. "The mastermind is Pawan a resident of Nand Nagri. His landlady, who is the victim's neighbor of victim, suggested him to commit the robbery as she knew the victim lived alone," said DCP (East) Pankaj Singh.
