Woman kills 2-year-old boy to take revenge on her neighbour

New Delhi: To take revenge on her neighbour, a woman killed a minor boy aged two years in South West Delhi's Uttam Nagar area. Police claimed that the accused had been arrested. According to police, the accused was identified as Madhubala who lived on the second floor in a rented accommodation in Uttam Nagar area.

Police suspect that she killed by banging the child on the floor continuously as the head injury was found on the deceased child. The minor kid used to go to the accused home to play with her children.

The deceased family lived on the second floor of the house and three days ago an argument took place between the deceased and accused family. The accused Madhubala wanted to teach the lesson the victim's family so on Wednesday evening, the accused lured the minor to her house, beat him and also tossed the minor onto the floor.

After the child went missing, the family members started searching everywhere in the area but they did not get any clue. They then started searching the floors of the flat where they lived when they reached the accused house she told her that the child is not here and she will not allow anyone to enter the house. The victim's family member somehow entered the room of Madhubala only to see the child lying on the floor and blood was there at the spot. Without wasting any time, the victim child was rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead.

During interrogation, the accused confessed the crime and told the police that she took the child into the room where she killed him. "We are investigating how she murdered the child," said a police official. A case under appropriate sections was registered.
