Water supply in certain parts to be affected on Nov 6

New Delhi: The Delhi Jal Board on Monday issued an advisory that water services will be affected in some areas of Delhi November 6 due to the replacement of sluice valves.

"Water supply from the command tank No-1, 2 and 4 will be affected from 10 am to 10 pm on November 6 due to replacement of 600 mm dia sluice valves at the crossing of Sector-2 and 6," said a statement by the Jal Board.

Water supply in Dwarka Sector 1, 7, 8, 9 and Mahavir Vihar, Dwarka Sectors 2, 5, 6, 10 and 11, Dwarka Sectors 19, 20, 22, 23, 11 and parts of area under EE(SW)-II fed and adjoining areas, will be affected.
