Warm spell grips Delhi

NEW DELHI: Delhi recorded one of its warmest starts to March, with the average minimum temperature touching 16°C in the first five days — the highest for the period since 2023.

Thursday was the hottest day of the season so far at 34.3°C, 6.9 degrees above normal, the IMD said.

Clear skies are likely to keep temperatures rising, while the AQI remained ‘moderate’ at 145.
