Visa fraud in US Embassy: Case registered

New Delhi: Delhi Police have started their investigation in the case of cheating after they received a complaint from US Embassy in Chanakyapuri regarding visa fraud.

Police claimed that an official from US Embassy in New Delhi alerted them through complaint regarding an applicant named Nitin Kumar who submitted a visa application for work in merchant with a company. "Kumar submitted joining letter of a company and other documents. The joining letter was verified with the company and it was determined the authorizing signature was fraudulent," the complainant told the police. Kumar stated that he received the joining letter from one Amit Chhillar who is employed with the ship management company.
