Villagers demand toll tax free roads

New Delhi: A delegation of Palam 360 Khap from rural belt of Delhi, led by its chief Surendra Solanki, met Union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways Harsh Malhotra here on Saturday. For the past several days, the villagers have been protesting against Bakkarwala toll tax. The delegation demanded that villages should be made toll tax free. Solanki said this tax has never been imposed.
