Two Kashmiri youth suspected to be pro-Pak hackers arrested

New Delhi: The Special Cell of Delhi Police on Friday said that they have arrested two Kashmiri youths from Punjab, who are believed to be pro-Pakistan hackers and were in touch with several Pakistan-based anti-Indian hackers.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Pramod Singh Kushwah claimed that as per the online activities of the accused and initial investigation, the two were part of an anti-national hacking group called "Team Hackers Third Eye".
The accused were identified as 27-year-old Shahid Malla, a second year BTech student at Aryan Group of College in Rajpura, Punjab, and 20-year-old Adil Hussain Teli, a St Soldier Managementt and Tech Institute in Jalandhar, Punjab.

"They were also involved in educating Kashmiri youth to bypass state-imposed ban on social-media by using VPN between April-May 2017. Apart from that, the two were found to be in touch with several Pakistan-based anti-Indian hackers. Some of them are believed to be backed by Pakistani intelligence agencies," Kushwah added.
