Two arrested by Gurugram cops in shootout case, manhunt on for two more

Following the murder of a certain Rahul in Palam Vihar, two gangsters have been nabbed by the crime branch of Gurugram on Monday.

The accused duo, Anshul and Deepak had gunned down Rahul on the night of March 14. The two were presented at the session's court after which Anshul was sent to the Bhondsi Jail and Deepak was taken into two-day police remand.

Besides these two arrested, the Gurugram Police is in the lookout for their other accomplices namely Vishal Dalal and Tikima.

All the four were involved in plotting the murder of Rahul, a resident of Delhi who also had a lot of criminal cases including murder charges against him.

According to the cops, Rahul was murdered because of his enmity with Vishal Dalal.

In the plot hatched, he was first honey trapped by Tikima.

On March 14, Rahul was asked to come to Gurugram by Tikima to attend her birthday party.

On his way back, Rahul was gunned down by Dalal and Deepak.

The Gurugram Police have also been successful in recovering the weapon with which Rahul was killed near ITM College in Palam Vihar.

Not only this murder but a large number of murder cases have also been registered against the duo.

Anshul confessed that he was involved in other murder cases in Delhi as well as other cities of Haryana.

Among the confessed murders was the killing of Pramod Gurjar in March 2017 in Uttam Nagar and also the murder of gangster Naresh Fauji committed to avenge his mother's death.

Anshul was held by the Himachal Pradesh police on April 8 after he was planning to

commit another criminal act.
