Trade Fair to open for all visitors from today

New Delhi: In order to showcase India's export potential along with its cultural prowess, India International Trade Fair (IITF) will open for all visitors from November 19, 2019. The visitors have been advised to cooperate and plan their visit by purchasing tickets in advance to prevent hassles emanating from the huge rush that the event is expected to garner. The tickets can be purchased from the Metro Stations and online Bookingshow.com, so as to avoid any inconvenience.

IITF is being for on small scale on account of the ongoing redevelopment of Pragati Maidan carrying out the redevelopment plan of Pragati Maidan due to which the IITF2019 (November 14-27) has been organized in Halls 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 12A along with there additional hangers. Online ticket booking as well as the sale of Entry Tickets at 66 select Metro stations except for Pragati Maidan Metro Station (no sale of entry tickets at Pragati Maidan Gates. ITPO will restrict sales of tickets at any time given the situation of the crowds inside Pragati Maidan.

Entry of the visitors will be through only two Gates i.e. Gate No 1 (on Bhairon Road) and Gate No. 10 (Pragati Maidan Metro Station).

Senior citizens are allowed free entry on presentation of valid relevant documents with a photo from all the gates of Pragati Maidan from November 19 to 27, 2019. Attendants to such persons will have to purchase tickets as per the rate applicable on a particular day. A senior Citizen lounge has also been set up at Gate no 1 for the convenience of senior citizens. ITPO has provided for wheelchair facilities at Gate No 1 and 10 for specially-abled citizens.

Entry tickets prices during General Public days are Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday per adult will be Rs.120/-& Child Rs.60/-, while for weekdays ticket charges will be Rs. 60/- and child Rs.40/-.

There is no parking inside Pragati Maidan. Paid parking is available at Bhairon Road for exhibitors and visitors. For the convenience of visitors and exhibitors, facility of shuttle service between Bhairon Mandir Parking to Gate No.1 has been arranged by ITPO.
