Tihar celebrates ethnic festival to motivate inmates

New Delhi: To motivate inmates and indulge them in healthy competition, annual event 'Ethnic Tihar' was celebrated in all jails of Tihar, Mandoli and Rohini, under which a number of music, dance was organised for female inmates on Thursday. "Such initiatives motivate the inmates to come out from depression and indulge in healthy competition," said a statement by the authorities.
