Prince murder: Hearing on bail plea of accused on October 30

Gurugram: After the directions from Punjab and Haryana high court, special sessions judge JS Kundu transferred the case back to juvenile justice board on Friday. The hearing on the bail plea of 17-year-old Bholu, accused in the murder of an eight-year-old student at Gurugrm's Ryan International School, will be held on October 30. In a major decision, the court has stated that the process to declare Prince as an adult was illegal. It has now referred back the matter to juvenile justice board. The petition was being heard by Justice Daya Chaudhury. Last year on December 20, the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) gave the judgment that the class-XI students will be tried as an adult.
