PCR reunite 5 yr old girl with her family
New Delhi: The PCR unit of Delhi Police has reunited a five years old missing girl with her parents. According to police on Monday the PCR mobile patrol van (MPV) staff received a PCR regarding a 5-year-old girl missing from Hindu Rao Hospital. The MPV staff swung into action and reached the spot and met the caller who was with the missing girl. The caller stated that he found the girl wandering alone and in distress.
"The caller said that the girl is not giving any reply regarding her parents or residence except crying," police. Deputy Commissioner of Police (PCR) Sharat Sinha said that the PCR mobile patrolling van staff immediately took the girl along and started searching for her parents. They also announced over the PA system about the girl in the vicinity of the hospital.
"After an intensive search, the mother of the girl was found. The mother stated that she came to the hospital with her daughter and due to heavy rush and crowd in the hospital her daughter was separated from her," said Sinha. He further added that they were the residence of Sita Sharan colony in Subji Mandi. The girl was handed over to her mother in the presence of local police
