As the AAP government completes its two years in office on February 14, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has sought a report card from every minister on their work performance since taking charge.
On the first anniversary, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Cabinet colleagues had held a phone-in event and answered calls from people, taken their feedback and also offered them a report card of the government.
As per the plan, every AAP minister is also likely to make his performance report public on each day till February 14, starting with Labour Minister Gopal Rai releasing his report card on February 10 in a press conference.
"All ministers have been asked to submit reports on what they have done for public in the last two years. On February 14, the Deputy Chief Minister will make overall government report card public at a function," a senior official said. However, this year, Kejriwal will be away from the event to be organised by the government to celebrate the second anniversary as he is currently in Bengaluru for a naturopathy session.
The Delhi CM may return to Delhi after 10-12 days. Besides Kejriwal, there are five ministers including Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, in the AAP government. The event to celebrate its second anniversary may be held at an auditorium of Delhi Secretariat.
