Girl alleges gang-rape, three men arrested

Three persons have been arrested on charges of gang-rape as alleged by a girl. The accused are said to be known to her. The incident was reported from South-east Delhi's Amar Colony.

The police received a call at around 11 pn on Monday. The girl called the cops and said that she has been raped by three men known to her. Immediately the cops swung into action and reached the spot told by the girl. On raising the premises in Okhla Mandi where the three men stayed, the cops arrested one of the accused.

After his arrest, the cops arrested the other two on his instance from Moti Bagh.

The accused have been identified as Arif, Mubarak and Vijay. All three work in the Okhla Mandi.

"We have registered a case of gang-rape and arrested the three accused. Further investigation is on," Said Romil Baniya, DCP South-east.
