The AAP government on Tuesday assured Delhi High Court that there will be no eviction of anyone staying in unauthorised constructions at the Tahirpur Leprosy complex in East Delhi till January 30. The response came in the backdrop of the plea filed by two minors, who are residents of Tahirpur complex, seeking "sympathetic consideration" from the authorities. Appearing for the minors before a bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal, senior advocate Salman Khurshid said there was a demolition order and even the single judge of this court has not granted any relief.
