My salute to all women for shaping our society: CM on Women's Day

New Delhi: The Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wished all women on International Women's Day. The SC/ST state minister Rajendra Pal Gautam also took to Twitter to do the same.

Kejriwal in a tweet said, "Wish all my sisters, mothers and daughters a happy #WomensDay . It is very heartening to see the growing access to opportunities for women. Only when women and men become truly equal partners can we progress. My salute to all women for shaping our society and building our nation."

Meanwhile, Gautam tweeted, "Today women are able to walk shoulder to shoulder with men only because Babasaheb Ambedkar had ensured that right for them in the constitution. He was a true advocate of freedom which gave a new path to women empowerment. Good luck and congratulations to all of you."
