Mayor pays homage to Charti Lal Goyal

NEW DELHI: Mayor Sardar Raja Iqbal Singh, Standing Committee Chairperson Satya Sharma, and Leader of the House Pravesh Vahi paid floral tribute to Late Charti Lal Goyal, first Speaker of the Delhi Legislative Assembly, at Charti Lal Goyal Heritage Park, Chandni Chowk. Former Union Minister Vijay Goyal was also present.
