Man wanted in two robbery cases held

Ghaziabad: Working on two sensational cases of robbery reported over the last few months in Ghaziabad district, police have arrested an accused who robbed an employee of Indian oil petrol pump and an accountant with lakhs of rupees from Link Road police station area of Ghaziabad.

Police said that the accused is wanted in over half a dozen similar incidents of robbery and loot in Ghaziabad and adjoining districts.

According to police, the arrested accused has been identified as Aabad Mansuri, a native of Loni area in Ghaziabad.

Police officials said that the accused have also stolen a motorcycle from Indirapuram area, a few days before the incident, which they used in other robbery incidents.
