Man fatally stabbed at girlfriend’s house

Faridabad: A 25-year-old man was stabbed to death at his girlfriend’s house in Roshan Nagar, with five people, including a juvenile, apprehended, police said on Thursday.

The victim, Manas Rai of Jaitpur in Delhi, had gone to meet the woman on Wednesday night with his friend Harsh. According to his father’s complaint, the woman’s relatives and others, including the main accused Aman, arrived at the house soon after.

Police said Aman allegedly attacked Rai with a knife, while others assaulted him and Harsh, who was injured while trying to intervene. Rai later died during treatment at Safdarjung Hospital. An FIR has been registered at Palla PS. Police said a previous dispute may have led to the attack, and efforts are on to arrest Aman.
