Love Kumar takes charge as SSP of Gautam Budhh Nagar

The newly appointed Senior Superintendent of Police, Love Kumar, took charge in Gautam Buddh Nagar on Friday.

Immediately after taking charge, the new SSP of Gautam Budhh Nagar spelt out his priority and said that he would focus on petty crimes which normally get overlooked.

"Both the organized or unorganized crime undertaken by various gangs in the district will not be overlooked now. The police will be made much familiar to the common people. We request people to co-operate with us whenever we are in need of their support to maintain proper law and order in the district.To make the city crime free, the co-operation of the local people is also very necessary," said Love Kumar, SSP, Gautam Buddh Nagar.

Love Kumar is a renowned Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of Uttar Pradesh Cadre. He belongs to the 2004 batch of IPS.

Love Kumar has been posted in many districts of UP in various responsibilities. Some of his postings, like that of in Gorakhpur and Aligarh have been quite successful and became an example for future police personnel to follow.
