Girl gangraped overnight and forced to write a 'would be' murder plot

New Delhi: When Maya (name changed) reached the flat of one of the accused Dinesh who promised her a job, she was overpowered and pinned down. What she faced in the next 15 hours was a brutal tale of horror. The girl was allegedly gang raped by Dinesh and his friends Saurabh and Dhirender. The ordeal was not over the men had some evil plans for the girls and they forced her to write a letter to implicate three innocent men.

According to police, the there men provided her a pen and paper and asked her to implicate Aarush in a would be murder plot. The 25-year-old girl had no option but to agree to what she was dictated. Traumatised, she did what was told and wrote that one of three boys was allegedly blackmailing her and if anything happens to her the three men including Aarush have to be blamed.

Actually, Dhirender along with Dinesh hatched a conspiracy to teach Bunty a lesson whom they met in jail and so they also wanted to grab a piece of land nearly 1,800 sqft of Bunty. The idea was to implicate Bunty's brother Aarush into murder so that no one objects when they grab

the land.

When the girl wrote that letter, she thought she would be let off but behaving as hardened criminals these three men strangulated her the next morning after gang raping her the entire night. Later, her body was wrapped in plastic and gunny bag and thrown near the Sarita Vihar railway track. The letter was placed in her pocket.

"This was to derail the investigation and when our team worked on the leads we found that the three men had nothing to do with the murder and later by technical surveillance we caught Dinesh and others and the plot was revealed," said Dhal Singh, ACP Sarita Vihar.
